How to find your desktop app version and update it Print

Desktop apps are not available with all subscriptions. Check with your company admin if you don't have access to a desktop app.

Windows

Open the desktop app
Select File menu > 'Check for update' to verify if you have the most recent version and update your desktop app
If your app requires an update, select 'Download update' and follow the prompts

Apple Mac

Open the desktop app
Select 'About' from the app menu in the top left corner of your screen
A window will display with your current app version
Select 'Check for update' to verify if you have the most recent version and update your desktop app
If your app requires an update, select 'Download update' and follow the prompts
